The Vivo V21 will be released in Malaysia on April 27, according to a tweet from the company. The Vivo V21 (in both 4G and 5G variants) and the Vivo V21e are said to be part of the sequence. According to a source, the V21 series could also launch on the same day in India, though Vivo India has not released any information about the series' launch in the region. A Vivo V21 SE, which was recently spotted in a Google Play Console listing, may also be part of the collection.
In the run-up to the launch, Vivo has been teasing the V21 sequence. The Vivo V21 and Vivo V21e will be released on April 27 in Malaysia, according to the company.The business announced the news on its Vivo Malaysia Twitter account, and an official microsite for the series has also been launched. A 44-megapixel selfie camera will be installed in a notch on the Vivo V21, along with a dual flash for better selfies in low light. Dual 5G support and 8GB of RAM are also confirmed for the Vivo V21. It's unclear if the Vivo V21e would have the same specs.
The series will introduce Vivo's slimmest 5G phones to the market, with a 64-megapixel primary rear sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), but it is uncertain if either or both phones will feature this camera setup.
According to a Moneycontrol study citing industry sources, the Vivo V21 series will be released in India on April 27th, the same day as it will be released in Malaysia. It also says that only the Vivo V21 will be released on that date in India, with the rest of the phones to follow later. According to reports, the phone would cost about Rs. 25,000.
